The NFDC have recently introduced a Site Accredited Audit Scheme, Sam Gilpin Demolition Ltd are accredited to this scheme and have been for nearly five years.

Sam Gilpin Demolition Ltd has been trading for over 30 years and within that time has never received an enforcement notice from the Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency or Local Authority and always striving for excellence.

Since the introduction of the new CDM 2015 regulations all senior management have undergone suitable training. Staff are continually trained and refreshed in Health & Safety processes to ensure the correct policies and procedures are maintained. Gilpin Environmental Ltd has been part of the Gilpin Group of companies since 2011 since that time the company has qualifi ed for ACAD, CHAS, SSIP, Alcoa, Altius, Constructionline, Exor and SMAS. During this time the company has received no enforcement notices from the HSE. Most recently the company has been awarded a full and unrestricted maximum 3 year licence for asbestos removal and a certificate of excellence from ACAD for two years consecutively.
